Delete your data

This page explains how to ask us to delete the data we hold about you, what actually gets deleted, and what we may have to keep and why.

Last updated: 2026-08-09

You do not have to justify the request; sending it is enough. This is also the practical route for exercising your right to erasure under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

The procedure

  1. Email us with the subject line: Data deletion request.
  2. In the message, give us what identifies your record so we can find it: your name as you entered it, the email address you used, and the WhatsApp or phone number if you gave one.
  3. Say what you want deleted: everything we hold about you, or one specific record — an enquiry, an assessment attempt, a booking request, a support ticket, or a waiting-list entry. If you remember the approximate date or the page you sent it from, add that; it speeds up the search but is not required.
  4. Send it from the same email address we have on record, or message us from the same WhatsApp number — that is what confirms the request is yours. If you cannot, we will agree another way to confirm it with you.
  5. The deletion is then carried out as set out below, under "What gets deleted" and "What we may have to keep".
The form of confirmation sent after a request is carried out — an acknowledgement of receipt, then a written reply setting out what was deleted, what remains and why: [owner to confirm]

Send the request to

Email is the route that leaves a written trail on both sides, which is why we suggest starting there.

How quickly we respond

The time within which we commit to responding and completing the deletion: [owner to confirm]

We have not written a number here because we will not publish a period the owner has not adopted. Write to us regardless — you will not be left without an answer.

What gets deleted

When we carry out the request, we delete the following where it relates to you:

  • Your lead record in our system and everything in it: name, email, number, organization and the text of your message.
  • Assessment attempts linked to you: your answers, your score and the resulting band.
  • Your place on any waiting list.
  • The customer record and the draft sales order created by a booking request that was never paid or never completed. Anything attached to a booking that was paid may fall under the retention exceptions below.
  • Support tickets you opened, and their contents.
  • Your presence on any contact or follow-up list.

What we may have to keep

Deletion is not absolute in every case. The following exceptions are narrow and justified, and we are telling you about them up front rather than after you ask:

  • A competency record already issued to you and its verification entry. A third party — an employer, for instance — may have relied on the verification page, and erasing the record invalidates a certificate in your hands and makes its number meaningless. If you want your record withdrawn from verification anyway, say so explicitly in your message and we will discuss it with you.How long issued competency records are kept: [owner to confirm]
  • Accounting and tax documents relating to a paid booking, to the extent the rules on keeping books and tax records require of us.The legal instrument that imposes this retention, and the period it imposes: [owner to confirm]
  • Backups: data removed from the live system may still exist inside a backup — if one exists — until that backup is replaced.Whether backups are taken at all, their cycle, how long they are kept, and the rule for handling a record you asked us to delete if the system is ever restored from an older copy: [owner to confirm]

If you reached us through Facebook or Instagram

Our deletion covers only what we hold. What Meta holds about you on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp is not ours to delete — that goes through your account settings on those platforms. So if you sent us your details through a form on our page there, delete what we hold from this page and delete what Meta holds from Meta's own settings.

Lighter options than full deletion

  • If it is only the contact that bothers you, ask us to stop contacting you instead of deleting: we stop messaging you and keep the bare minimum needed to make sure you are not added again.
  • And if the data is wrong rather than unwanted, ask for it to be corrected — that is a separate right under Law No. 151 of 2020.
